Autopay FAQ's

Group Classes: Yes, you can request a recurring booking for your preferred class on the schedule and book it in for the remainder of the year. We highly recommend securing recurring group class bookings in order to ensure you have the capacity to use all your credits within the usage period.

SemiPrivates: Require a recurring weekly appointment as standard

To ensure your class credits don’t expire you must rebook any cancelled classes before the end of the usage period attached to those credits.

For example…
Rachael pays for 4 group reformer classes every week and attends weekly on Monday evenings. On week 3 she is unwell and early cancels her class. She has the remainder of week 3 and 4, plus the 2 week grace period to rebook the missed class on top of her usual Monday class.

Note: Cancellations within the 12 hours prior to class are considered late cancellations and are charged as though attended (standard cancellation policy).

Suspensions are reserved for holidays/periods of 2 or more weeks. We cannot suspend your autopay agreement for any less than 2 weeks.
If you need to miss a week you must rebook within the same pay cycle to avoid losing the credit.
If you are very limited in when you can attend a class we’d suggest considering whether this payment option is going to work for you.

Late Cancelled Group Classes: If you cancel within the 12 hours prior to class you will forfeit the class credit from your package.

Late Cancelled Semi Privates: If you cancel in the 24 hours prior to the appointment you will forfeit the session credit from your package.

(Makeups) Late cancelled semi privates can be ‘made up’ at another time in the 6 days following the cancellation (Makeups are charged at $10 and are NOT available for group classes.)

Your agreement doesn’t have a fixed term. Autopayments continue until you advise us you want to cancel or suspend

The grace period is additional time beyond the end of the payment cycle for you to rebook and attend any unused class credits.

Using class credits within the grace period will mean adding an extra class each week to ensure you don’t fall behind on the new cycle.

  • Fortnightly pay cycles have a 1 week grace period on top of the standard usage period
  • 4 weekly pay cycles have a 2 week grace period on top of the standard usage period

You can suspend your agreement for periods of two or more weeks, using the request forms above.

If you have a break of only one week you must find another time to attend before the end of your usage period

Your pack usage period includes a grace period designed to account for studio closure on public holidays etc. You are responsible for ensuring you have booked another class or appointment to use the credit before the usage period is over.

We will always advise you on any cancellations with plenty of notice, allowing enough time to book a replacement.

No, when you suspend your autopays you cannot use your package credits for bookings during this time.

Bookings during suspension are charged at the non-member casual rate.

No. Your payment schedule is only ever adjusted when you suspend your agreement for a break of 2 or more weeks.

The grace period is designed to allow for the odd week of illness or being away.

Follow the prompts in the email notifying you of the failure, then get in touch to have us reattempt the payment.

Our system will automatically attempt the payment each day for 3 days after the initial attempt. If it hasn’t been processed by the third attempt, your package will be converted to a negative account balance on the booking system and you will be charged an additional $15 admin/payment processing fee on top of your normal package price.

AutoPayments only really work if you have the flexibility and predictability in your schedule to attend your chosen number of classes each week. Payments are on a fixed schedule regardless of your class usage. Any early cancelled classes have to be rebooked and attended before the expiry date.
As well as cancelling bookings for a holiday you must also submit a request to pause your agreement. Suspension and cancellation requests require 2 weeks notice and cannot be done retrospectively.
