Our Classes
Our classes are small for a reason—so that you feel seen and supported, never left behind. You won’t be just another face in the room. We take the time to get to know your body, any limitations and preferences.
Personalised Studio Sessions
Highly individualised Pilates appointments in a fully equipped Pilates studio, designed to work with and around your body and needs.
Private Sessions
Just you and your teacher’s full attention. A deeply tailored Pilates session designed and adapted to your unique and evolving needs. Privates allow time for troubleshooting pain, answering questions, and fine tuning the exercises to feel just right for you.
Semi-Private Sessions
With just three clients led by our teacher, semi-private sessions strike a gentle balance between the deeper level of attention of private classes and the quiet motivation of a group practice.
Duet Sessions
The flexibility to share your teachers time with a partner or friend. You’ll both get the individual support and encouragement your bodies need but with the added joy of sharing an activity together each week.

Are we your perfect movement match?
If you prefer anonymity or like busy classes with mirrors, loud music, and someone yelling backwards from 10, then without judgement, we’re not for you. In contrast, we offer a bright, plant filled and calm space where you’ll be guided by articulate teachers.
While we primarily support women 40+, our adaptable teaching approach creates an inclusive space where gender diverse folks can feel seen and accepted, and neurodiversity is celebrated.
