Group Reformer Classes

How are our group classes unique?

Our group classes are ideal if you...
Enjoy the energy of a group and moving in unison
If you prefer the collective energy of exercising with others, enjoy a constant flow of movement, or feel motivated in a group of like-minded people, then these are for you!
Like detailed guidance without the spotlight of private classes
Your instructor will know your name, and build an understanding of your body when attending weekly. You’ll receive individual support and guidance as required (without the dialogue of a personalised session).
Are largely pain and restriction free
Group classes are best suited to those who don’t require more of the teacher’s time. If you have lots of requirements, or an ongoing dialogue, our personalised sessions are a better level of support for you.
Tried Pilates and didn’t really love it
Small classes mean our teachers have the time and attention to give everyone more support: that’s more time, more corrections, more guidance.
We’re probably not for you if ...
- You like mirrors, bright lights, and a ‘glossy’ environment
- You want an aesthetic ‘transformation’
- You want to smash out reps to loud music
If this is what you’re looking for, we are absolutely not for you. Our studio is light, homey and full of plants, and the calm environment means you can keep your mind on your movement.
We reject diet culture, and don’t believe exercise should be punishing, so we’ll never ask you to push harder or go faster than feels right for you.
Our holistic approach brings mind and body together to achieve movement with more ease.
