Small Group Reformer Pilates

BOOKING REMINDERS
~ Reformer classes run at Studio Two, 1A Crystal Street
~ Late cancellations (<12hrs notice) are charged in full
~ Join FOUNDATIONS if you’re new to the reformer or Pilates
~ Participants required to be on hands+knees, get up/down from the floor easily- and lay on their back, front + side- read class descriptors to ensure suitability.

What to expect when you get here on your first class

~ Ring the bell on arrival and we’ll buzz you up
~ We’ll meet you on arrival, show you where to put your things, introduce the reformer and show you how the springs work
~ You’ll have a chance to tell us anything about your body that you feel is important
~ We’ll guide you every step of the way- if you’re looking lost we won’t leave you behind
~ We do not provide different exercises for different people but will provide small modifications to make an exercise more accessible
~ Wear comfy, stretchy, non-baggy clothes and bring along non-slip socks (available to buy/borrow in the studio)- we’ll provide everything else.
