Every Pilates studio is different
At RFM we teach Pilates in a way that respects the traditional Pilates principles whilst integrating other movement modalities, rehab protocols, and things we’ve learned about the body and human movement since Mr Pilates was around. Together with Pilates equipment like the reformer, trapeze table and chair, and different exercise props, we have a framework for conditioning the body in an impactful and sustainable way.
We exist for women in their forties, fifties and sixties to heal from injury and pain, to understand their bodies better and to stay strong, mobile and injury resistant as they age. No matter your level of experience, restrictions or injuries- we’ve got something for you. With highly skilled teachers we deliver group reformer Pilates classes for general body conditioning, and personalised clinical Pilates appointments for a more detailed approach.
